Marta Receiving Test — Privacy Policy and Data Deletion
Marta’s Kitchen Sdn Bhd
Last updated: 28 September 2026
This notice applies to Marta Receiving Test, our WhatsApp-based supplier order and delivery-receiving test. It does not replace the separate policies for ordering food through our restaurant website.
Information we receive
When you message the test WhatsApp number, Meta may send our application your WhatsApp phone number, profile name, message identifiers, timestamps, message text and information about attached images or documents. Supplier orders and delivery papers may contain supplier names, product details, quantities, prices and personal information included on the documents.
Why we use it
We use messages from authorised testers to check whether the receiving bot can accept order information and delivery-paper photos, compare deliveries with orders and previous prices, and report a result. During the current connection test, our webhook checks the authenticity of Meta’s request and records limited technical events, such as message type and processing result. The current test webhook does not download invoice photos, extract invoice data or write invoice records to our database. We will update this notice before enabling those functions for normal use.
Services and access
Messages travel through WhatsApp and Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform. Our webhook runs on Supabase, which may hold operational logs. Access to the receiving workflow is intended for authorised Marta’s Kitchen personnel and service providers who need it to operate the system. We do not sell information received through the bot.
Retention and security
We limit access to authorised personnel and use a verified webhook to handle incoming events. Technical logs are retained under the relevant service settings; we review and remove test data when it is no longer needed, subject to any applicable record-keeping requirements. Please do not send sensitive personal information unrelated to supplier deliveries.
Data deletion instructions
To request deletion of information you sent to Marta Receiving Test through WhatsApp:
1. Email martaskitcheninkl@gmail.com with the subject Receiving bot data deletion.
2. State the WhatsApp number you used, the approximate date of the message, and whether it contained an order, photo or delivery paper. Do not send a copy of your identity document or the invoice unless we specifically ask for information needed to find the record.
3. We may verify that you control the WhatsApp number before deleting information connected with it. We will locate relevant test records and operational logs under our control, delete information that is no longer required, and tell you when the request has been handled or explain any legal or accounting retention requirement.
Deleting data held by Marta’s Kitchen does not delete a message from your own WhatsApp chat or information held independently by Meta. You can manage your own WhatsApp messages and account through WhatsApp’s controls. If your message did not reach our webhook, we may have no bot record to delete.
For access or correction requests, email the same address with the subject Receiving bot data request.
Supplier orders and invoice photos sent to our receiving WhatsApp number may be stored in private receiving records and processed using OpenAI to extract items, quantities and prices. We use this information to compare invoices with orders and previous supplier prices. Contact martaskitcheninkl@gmail.com to request deletion.
